Privacy policy

The short version

This site has no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We collect only what we need to sell and deliver a PDF.

What we collect

• Order data (name, email, country, payment status): collected by our payment provider when you buy, and shared with us so we can support you.
• Emails you send us: kept to answer your question.
• Your bag: the items in your bag are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us. Clear your browser data to remove them.

Why we use it

To deliver your purchase, provide support, meet tax and legal obligations, and prevent fraud (legal bases under GDPR: contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests).

Who else sees it

Our payment provider (which acts as the seller of record and handles payments and tax) and our hosting provider (which serves this website and may log technical data such as IP address for security). We do not sell your data.

Fonts and third parties

Fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser does not contact Google or other font services when you visit.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how it is used. Email sahni.purushottam14@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and support emails for up to two years.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
