Our promise

If a PDF is broken, will not open, or is not what the product page described, email sahni.purushottam14@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix it or refund you.

How to ask

Send your order email address and a short note on what went wrong. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take several business days to appear.

What is not covered

Because PDFs are delivered instantly, we cannot refund simply because you changed your mind after downloading, or for results that differ from what you hoped for. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

EU and UK buyers

By requesting immediate download you agree the digital content is supplied straight away and, once downloaded, you may lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Faulty or misdescribed files are still covered as described above.
